#1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Candidate," "Company," or "you") and LoveMyJobs, a company/proprietorship/LLP incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, operating the website www.lovemyjobs.com and its associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
#2. Description of Service
LoveMyJobs is an online recruitment and job-matching platform that connects job seekers ("Candidates") with employers, recruiters, and hiring organizations ("Companies") across India, with a particular focus on entry-level candidates, freshers, campus hiring, blue-collar and daily-wage workers, and corporate talent acquisition teams operating in cities including but not limited to Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. Our services include, without limitation, job listing and discovery, candidate profile creation and management, application tracking, interview scheduling assistance, employer dashboards, campus placement facilitation, and related career development resources. We act solely as a facilitator connecting Candidates and Companies and are not a party to, nor do we guarantee the outcome of, any employment relationship, offer, or arrangement formed between them.
#3. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to register for or use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to promptly update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each individual or business entity may maintain only one active account unless otherwise expressly permitted by us in writing. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, provides false information, or is used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes, with or without prior notice where circumstances warrant immediate action.
#4. Candidate Terms
Candidates seeking to apply to job listings on the Platform are required to pay a yearly subscription fee of ₹599 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred and Ninety-Nine only), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, which entitles the Candidate to submit applications to available job listings on the Platform for the duration of the subscription period. This subscription fee is non-refundable once the subscription has been activated and payment has been successfully processed, except where a refund is legally mandated or expressly provided for under our Refund and Cancellation Policy set out in Section 7 below. Candidates agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information in their profiles, resumes, and applications, and acknowledge that misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or identity may result in immediate account suspension. Where LinkedIn or other third-party verification is offered or required as part of the profile authentication process, Candidates consent to such verification being used solely to confirm profile authenticity, and Candidates who do not maintain a LinkedIn profile may be offered an alternate verification method at our discretion. Candidates further agree not to apply for positions for which they do not meet the minimum stated qualifications, and acknowledge that the Platform does not guarantee interviews, offers, or successful placement as a result of any subscription or application.
#5. Company and Employer Terms
Companies seeking to access the employer dashboard and post job listings on the Platform after their initial 90-day free trial are required to select a subscription plan. Options include a Pay Per Post fee of ₹499 (Indian Rupees Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine only) for a single job listing, a Basic Annual Plan of ₹4,999 (Indian Rupees Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine only), or a Premium Annual Plan of ₹9,999 (Indian Rupees Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine only), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Companies represent and warrant that all business information, job descriptions, compensation details, and eligibility criteria submitted to the Platform are accurate, current, and not misleading, and agree that all job postings remain subject to review and approval by our administrative team prior to publication, which approval we may withhold or revoke at our sole discretion if a listing is found to be fraudulent, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. Companies further agree to respond to Candidate applications within a reasonable time frame, to refrain from posting fake, duplicate, or misleading listings, and to comply with all applicable Indian labour, employment, and anti-discrimination laws in their hiring practices, including but not limited to the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976, and any applicable state-specific labour welfare legislation. We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any Company account that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be in breach of these obligations.
#6. Payment Terms
All payments made on the Platform are processed through Razorpay, a third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway, and are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). By making a payment, you also agree to be bound by Razorpay's applicable terms of service. Subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled by the User prior to the renewal date, and Users will receive a reminder notification in advance of any automatic renewal charge in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines on recurring payments. Save as expressly provided in Section 7 below, all subscription and listing fees are non-refundable. In the event of a failed, declined, or reversed payment, access to the corresponding paid features of the Platform will be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers; such information is handled directly and securely by Razorpay.

#8. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any of the following while using the Platform: creating fake, duplicate, or impersonated profiles or job listings; sending unsolicited spam or bulk communications to other Users; submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information of any kind; attempting to gain unauthorized access to, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise damage or disrupt the Platform, its servers, or its underlying infrastructure; scraping, harvesting, or copying data from the Platform using automated tools without our express prior written consent; posting content that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party; or using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate job seeking or recruitment. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where warranted.
#9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to LoveMyJobs and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the Platform, including resumes, profile information, and job descriptions, but by uploading such content, Users grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform's services. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express prior written consent.
#10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including payment processors, verification services, and external job boards, which are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party site, and your interactions with such third parties are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.
#11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Platform and all services provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We are not a party to, and assume no responsibility for, the outcome of any employment relationship, hiring decision, offer, or dispute arising between a Candidate and a Company, and we do not guarantee job placement, interview outcomes, or the accuracy of information posted by any User. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
#12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoveMyJobs, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
#13. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints or concerns regarding the Platform. Complaints will be acknowledged within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and resolved within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable regulatory timelines.
#14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to Section 13 above, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If such dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties, with the seat and venue of arbitration being Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and the proceedings conducted in the English language. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.
#15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet or telecommunications failures, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events of force majeure.
#16. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
#17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
