Hiring: Software Testing Engineer (Hybrid) Position: Software Testing Engineer Experience: Minimum 1 Year Work Mode: Hybrid Job Description We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should be capable of ensuring software quality through effective testing methodologies and should be willing to work in a hybrid environment with frequent travel. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans. Perform Manual Testing and report defects accurately. Validate bug fixes and conduct regression testing. Work closely with developers and business teams to ensure product quality. Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation. Participate in requirement analysis and quality assurance activities. Required Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Testing. Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and SDLC/STLC. Experience with Bug Tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps, etc.) is preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is an added advantage. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 Year Work Mode: Hybrid Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently to Coimbatore and Chennai.
